Marty Berger, co-founder and Managing Principal of Saber-Hightower, LLC . His career started with managing properties at Diversified Holding Corp., followed by founding McCann Development. Succeeding McCann, Marty founded Saber Real Estate North, continued developing successful projects in the Northeast. Active in the business community, Marty is part of The Business Council of Westchester and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He's a guest lecturer at NYU and contributes to forums and publications like the Harvard Business Review. He serves on the board of Cord Meyer Development Company. Marty holds a BA and MBA from Northeastern University.

Greg Belew, co-founder and Managing Principal of Saber-Hightower LLC. Greg leads the company's development initiatives, advisory services, and efforts in business development and capital raising. His journey in the industry includes senior leadership roles including the Divisional President at Quarterra in New York and notable positions at both Alliance Residential and TDI/JPI Companies. Greg has successfully managed and executed development projects worth over $1.5 billion across multiple states. Greg is active with Urban Land Institute and has served as a co-chair of the ULI Westchester Fairfield District Council.

Jay is a Principal at Saber-Hightower LLC and leads the asset management and operational functions and oversees new investments opportunities. Before joining Saber-Hightower, Jay Fehskens was Head of Asset Management at Greenbrook Partners, overseeing multifamily projects in New York City. He previously held senior roles at Atlas Capital Group, Time Equities and managed REO and workouts at K Bank. Jay holds a Master’s in Real Estate from NYU and a Bachelor’s from Towson University, and is active in ULI, NAIOP, and local zoning efforts.

Doug serves as the Senior Vice President of Development at Saber-Hightower, LLC, leading the development of multifamily and mixed-use properties, focusing on planning, entitlement, financial analysis, and management from inception through stabilization. Prior to Saber-Hightower, Doug was Vice President of Development at Quarterra where he managed a $750 million development portfolio in New York and Connecticut. Prior to this, he was a Senior Development Manager at Gemdale USA. Doug holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in New York.

Senior Development Associate
Peter Sicher is a Senior Development Associate at Saber-Hightower LLC and brings a distinctive combination of Wall Street financial expertise and real estate development acumen to the firm's growth initiatives. Peter drives underwriting, due diligence, market research, and project management initiatives across the organization.
Prior to joining Saber-Hightower, Peter held a senior analyst role at Olstein Capital Management, a value-oriented investment firm, where he honed his skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic & business evaluation across diverse sectors. He served as the lead analyst on approximately $200 million of assets under management. His earlier Wall Street career includes extensive experience as a sell-side equity analyst at Sidoti & Company, LLC, where he initiated coverage of the health care services sector including several healthcare REITs.
Peter holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and earned his BA in Political Economy from Tulane University. Peter is a CFA charter holder and active member of the CFA Society of New York. He also co-founded SeaMist LLC, a private investment company focused on vacation property ownership and management in Northern California.
